I would like to thank your technical support team, especially Eric. There were problems with my first modem, so Eric brought a second one to my house and also set it up. When this modem also had problems, Eric stayed for over an hour, working with tech support in La Grande and finally got the first modem to work. I feel the technical support team, especially Eric went above and beyond what I was expecting. After a few months with CenturyLink and Geek Squad and never did get a modem issue fixed, I now see why I should have stayed local. Jim and all of the tech staff were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and professional through the whole ordeal. Makes me glad that I switched and wondering why I did not shop local first.
